By downloading or using RewardGalaxy, these terms will automatically apply to you – you should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the app.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RewardGalaxy, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use the application.

2. Use of the App

RewardGalaxy is a personal loyalty points tracking tool. You may use it for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes only. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
• All activities that occur under your account.

3. Your Content and Data

You retain ownership of all data you enter into your private profile and loyalty tracking. By using the service, you grant us the right to store and process this data for the purpose of providing the service to you.

Community Contributions: Any “Suggest Edit” data, card catalogue additions, or award search results you submit are provided for the benefit of the RewardGalaxy community. By submitting such content, you grant RewardGalaxy a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable right to use, reproduce, and display that information for other users of the app.

4. Third-Party Information and Deals

The “Deals Feed”, “Award Finder”, and “Explore Cards” features provide information for educational and informational purposes.

• RewardGalaxy is not affiliated with any airline, hotel chain, credit card issuer, or loyalty program unless explicitly stated.
• We do not guarantee the availability or accuracy of any third-party offers.
• External Links: “Apply Now” buttons and other external links lead to third-party websites. RewardGalaxy is not responsible for the content, security, or privacy practices of these external sites.
• You must verify all offers directly with the provider before making any financial decisions or bookings.

5. Accuracy of Information

Point balances, valuations, and expiry dates displayed in the app are based on manual entries. RewardGalaxy does not automatically sync with external loyalty accounts. We are not responsible for inaccuracies resulting from outdated or incorrect manual entries.

6. Limitation of Liability

RewardGalaxy is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RewardGalaxy and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of points, missed redemptions, or financial loss arising from the use of the app.

7. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the app after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.

We use your data solely to provide and improve the RewardGalaxy service:

• To authenticate your identity and maintain your account.
• To synchronize your data across multiple devices via Google Firebase.
• To send point expiry reminders and notifications based on your settings.

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption for data both at rest and in transit. By using the app, you acknowledge that your data is processed in accordance with their security standards.

• We do NOT share your loyalty program data with airlines, hotels, or credit card companies.
• We do NOT use your personal data for advertising purposes.

If you grant the app notification permissions, we will send reminders about expiring points. These reminders are based on the data you provide and the settings you configure within the app.
